Mds Collection is a shopping site where their lines are updated daily with new content and arrivals.

Customer can sign up to their website to enjoy their redemption points for free gifts. Personal information are required for registration as biling address needed for mailing of items.
 

Purchasing of items is easy too, as information required are already available at own registered account. After the order has been approved, they will email a receipt for own record in case the need to make any exchanges. Order ID is given too, for us to keep track of the order online by logging in to the account. If the items are defective or they give a bad service, we have the right to seek redress. 

Ways to deal with consumer problem:

- Write an email to them; customers@mdscollection.com, on the defect item. Ask for and
   exchange or refund. Attach the email with the receipt with the order ID.

- If they refuse to act on the complaint, you can seek advice from the Consumers Association
   of Singapore (CASE) as they can help to resolve the matter.
